OmnisHome has a 3-day return policy, which means you have three days after receiving your item to request a return

OmnisHome has a 3-day return policy, which means you have three days after receiving your item to request a return, in which case your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please keep in mind that you'll also need to bear the shipping cost to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description. Once we receive the product and confirm it is in unused condition, we will return you full amount you paid for the product.

Damaged products

If the item is damaged or you received wrong product, you'll need to send the item in next 10 days to the adress we will provide you. If we establish the item is damaged or doesn't meet the description, we will refund you full amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. These things can happen in warehouse or while shipping, but we will do our best to correct them as soon as possible.

Exchange of items

The fastest way to get product you desire is to return the item you bought, and once the return is accepted, make another purchase for the new item.

Sale and gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
